Last week, Think Playgrounds, together with the Ecological Farmers Network, the Vietnam Bird Conservation Society, the Hanoi Architects Association and representatives from the People’s Committee of Phúc Xá Ward, leaders of residents of Groups 2 and 3, the Dyke Department, the Drainage Department and the Women’s Union of Ba Dinh District, met to discuss the proposal to build a wastewater filtration system in Phúc Xá Ward using natural methods to solve water pollution and restore the ecosystem along the Red River. 🌿 Following the success of the Bo Vo Ecological Experience Route and Banana Circle projects in Chương Dương and Phúc Tân, this project will help reduce water pollution, supplement and expand experiential educational activities for children to Ba Dinh District, and has the potential to become a bright spot model to solve water pollution for similar areas along the Red River.
Think Playgrounds and its partners act as experts to propose sustainable design and maintenance solutions, connecting resources to jointly implement the project with the help of local authorities and communities. We need a lot of support now, let’s join Think Playgrounds!!!
