The Red Riverbank Ecological Trail is an eco-educational project, developed in collaboration with ecological expert Nguyen Hoang Hao, as members of the local community.
Equipped with information panels, experiential spaces, audio guides & with regular guided tours, the trail explores the native ecosystem of the riverbank, promoting conservation ideals & efforts. Home to a rich flora & fauna system, with over 200 native plant species & 147 bird species. This area was once a heavily polluted waste dump, & has been transformed into a rare green space in the urban heart of Hanoi.
During the guided tours, an expert accompanies participants through the biodiversity & local cultural practices of each habitat, creating small games & interactive exercises to further engage the audience.
