Joint Effort Project of the Year – voting open this week!
We are very happy to share that our project “Cua Dai Community Ecological Park” has been selected for the ASHUI Awards 2024 in the category “Joint Effort Project of the Year”!

The Park was completed this summer, and aims to regenerate and preserve the local ecosystem, while raising community awareness of the natural landscape and its wildlife. The park has a total area of ~13,000 m², and is part of the Cua Dai Green Corridor Planning project, run by the Institute of Constructions and Urban Economy, designed and built by Think Playgrounds in collaboration with the Vietnam Bird Conservation Society, local authorities and communities.
Inspired by the local birds of the Cua Dai sand dunes – the Red-necked Sandpiper and the Sumatran Lark – the project offers a multi-purpose playground, picnic tables and chairs, bicycle parking, and wheelchair-accessible sidewalks, integrated to improve the quality of life for residents, especially the elderly and children.
The ASHUI Awards happen once a year and our nomination proves our success in designing and building this project together!
